February 23rd: Busting some moves at Bury Farm
Very pleased with the Prancing Princess today, much more relaxed in the rein contact, better engagement from behind and no tardy transitions! 74% & a win – good pony!

February 18th: Novice Newcomers
The Prancing Pony is no longer a Prelim princess, today we stepped it up a notch and nailed our first BD Novice test! 74 & 72% to win both the Prelim & Novice Qualifiers at Quainton. A much better performance from the pair of us, I’m still struggling to prevent my backside from bouncing out of the saddle – must stop eating cake for breakfast & work on my core strength!

February 15th: Rosie Does Regionals
A couple of minor mistakes at the start of the test cost us dearly but we pulled it together and rode the remainder of the test in a much better fashion. Chuffed to be placed in such a huge able-bodied class, a good score and very encouraging comments from the judges.

February 5th: Snowtime
A chance to practice our Prelim test in preparation for Regionals. Rosie coped well with the busy warm up arena and the unpredicted snowfall, a pleasing performance with a score of 72% saw us take second spot. A few little niggles to iron out before the big day but heading in the right direction.
